Our Policy: We do have a 5-day health guarantee upon arrival of your purchase. If one of our geckos arrives dead upon arrival you MUST send a email within 2 hours of their arrival, saying which gecko it was and the time of arrival. If it is past the 2 hour time period we will be unable to give you a refund. We do reserve the right to refuse a sale and to change our minds about selling even after a payment. What we ask of you: As a part of our screening process before sending our Cresteds off to new homes, we like to know that they are going to someone who is capable of taking care of them! Doing so, we ask all of our customers to fill out the simple form that follows :
1. Is this your first gecko?
2. If so, have you done the proper research on how to care for your new pet?
3. Do you plan on using this gecko as a personal pet, or for retail?
4. Please describe the habitat that you will have prepared for your new pet.
